Capable of cooking 650 lbs. of bar-b-que at a time, it's so
efficient it can cook for 24 hours on three logs! Now you can

careful... don't confuse bar-b-que with a charcoal cook-out;
we may finish off your-Slow Basted BBQ Chicken on our charcoal
grill, but every one of our bar-b-que foods comes out of Miss
Amelia's genuine pit. Your guests already know that a
bar-b-que is supposed to be fun and good eating! . . . they
realize that it's not supposed to be fancy and expensive. So,

you every step of the way. Fourteen years of experience in
catering means we know how to help you find a location to hold
your event and arrange for tables, chairs and tent if you need
them. We'll supply the staff to serve and clean up, and we can
even arrange for buffet decorations, Miss Amelia's
t-shirts and mid-way rides!
